I'm posting this only b/c I don't want to lose the recipe! I found it on a blog on etsy.com, posted by Kimberley Hasselbrink. I haven't tried it yet, but can't wait to!

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and puffed rice with the cinnamon, cardamom and sea salt.
  2. 2. Mix well, either using a large wooden spoon or your hands.
  3. 3. Add the cherries, almonds, crystallized ginger and cocoa nibs and stir to combine.
