"I made these one night for the kids. Tastes like a vanilla flavored coke float.....mmmmmm....from Marsha Moore in Mixing it up with Massey cookbook."

• Serves: 2

ingredients

• 1⁄3 cup cherry preserves
• 2 teaspoons water
• 1 pint vanilla ice cream or 1 pint cherry nut ice cream
• 1 (10 ounce) bottle 7-up or (10 ounce) bottle Sprite, chilled

directions

1. Combine cherry preserves and water. Chill. Pour cherry mixture into 2 tall, chilled glasses. Add scoops of ice cream. Fill with soda, pouring slowly down the sides of glasses.
