Its a hamburger mixed with cherries and cranberries. Full of fiber!!!

Made these recipe just because it was just so out-of-this-world kind of thing & had a ball doing so! Pretty much followed the recipe, juicing the berries & cherries the night before (& I used the juice in a wonderful smoothie, too!) & finished up the next day! The meat I used was lean ground beef! Very, very unusual, but in a satisfying kind of way! Thanks so much for this new taste experience! [Made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in this fall's round of Pick A Chef]

  1. You'll want to juice the cranberries and cherries. I made juice the night before and saved the fruit pulp for my burgers. If cranberries are not available, double the cherries. You may want to add more salt and pepper or omit. Mix all together in bowl. Make patties. I made 6 burgers. Fry in frying pan or grill. I used my table top grill.
  2. fried onions would be good with it. I also topped them with honey mustard.
