"This was on the inside of the label of Kroger Red Cherries. These are the glazed cherries you use to make fruitcakes etc."

• 532.32 ml flour
• 4.92 ml baking soda
• 4.92 ml salt
• 236.59 ml butter or 236.59 ml margarine
• 177.44 ml sugar
• 177.44 ml brown sugar, packed
• 4.92 ml vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 2 (680.38 g) package semisweet chocolate morsels
• 236.59 ml walnuts or 236.59 ml pecans
• 226.79 g container red cherries, chopped
• 226.79 g container green cherries, chopped

directions

1. Preheat oven to 375*. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, sugars and vanilla in large mixing bowl until creamy, add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each one. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts and fruit. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheet.
