- 340.19 g jar cherry preserves
- 29.58 ml lemon juice
- 4 whole cloves
- 1.23 ml salt
- 1.23 ml allspice
- 1.23 ml mace
- 118.29 ml all-purpose flour
- 4.92 ml salt
- 1360.77 g chicken or 6 whole chicken breasts, split and boned
directions
- Blend first 6 ingredients.
- Set aside.
- Combine flour and salt and coat chicken.
- Brown in oil in a skillet at medium heat, turning chicken.
- Cover and cook 15 minutes.
- Drain off fat.
- Add cherry sauce.
- Cover and simmer over low heat until tender.
- Turn chicken.
- Simmer 15 more minutes.
