A delightful cherry cheesecake that is easy to make. Not sure where I found a recipe similar to this one.

  3. Add sugar and mix well.

  5. Prepare a 9" x 13" oven-proof casserole dish by spraying with a vegetable spray or rub inside with some butter to coat.
  6. Press the crushed mixture onto the bottom of the casserole dish.
  7. In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, vanilla extract and flour and using an electric mixer, beat until smooth.

Very nice cherry cheesecake. We don't have those cinnamon snacks here, so I used digestive biscuits (like graham crackers) with about 1/2 tsp of cinnamon added. Used real whipped cream and no grape-nuts (again, not available here). Enjoyed by all.
