Super easy, yummy, & healthy breakfast for those busy mornings! From Dawn Hall's cookbook "Down Home Cooking Without the Down Home Fat"
- 2 fat-free waffles
- 1⁄2 cup light cherry pie filling
- 2 tablespoons light maple syrup
- Toast waffles.
- Heat cherry filling in microwave for 15-20 seconds.
- Spread filling on one waffle, top with other waffle to make a "sandwich".
- Drizzle with maple syrup.
