Thanks for a lovely recipe. Have made many different recipes for cherries jubilee but enjoy this one the most. I think adding the red currant jelly takes it a step above the norm. Highly recommended and easy for beginner cooks.
Followed the recipe right on down to the end & enjoyed every minute of it, from the preparation to the presentation to the eating ~ VERY, VERY NICE! My mom used to make something like this but used a sugar cube (soaked in alcohol) on top of each serving & brought them flaming to the table! Thanks for a great recipe!
