  1. I think this is a great recipe for when you're dieting, i wouldn't make this just because of the taste. Like Jackie said it has a very earthy flavor, and my kids didn't really like that. For me the flavor was ok, but more like a lunch substitute when dieting. Made for the Tastebud Tickling Travellers, for ZWT4

  2. This was not unpleasant, although I have found in the past that juicing beets gives quite an "earthy" flavor to whatever you are making. More importantly, it tasted really healthy, so I will be making this again. Made for ZWT4.

  3. Toddler friendly recipe in this household, so I will be making it frequently. What a great way to get my son to "eat" his veggies!

  4. Made for ZWT4...This was great! I was not sure of the beet since I don't really like them but went ahead and put it in. I did not like the first sip but continued to drink it anyway and it grew on me. By the time my glass was gone...I loved it.

  5. Just wonderful! I had some gingeroot left over from another recipe, so I used this and the beets I had canned. I added some hot sauce to just give it the hot kick I like but certainly was not needed for anyone else. This is so good, I should be drinking this everyday! I whirled this up in my blender and just so yummy!
