    Theresa P's Note:

This is a wonderful blend of ingredients for a "Chef Salad". Great HOT WEATHER food ! Sliced turkey or chicken, shrimp, sliced ham, cheese, hard boiled eggs, olives, pickled beets, some sliced red onion and any and all other ingredients tossed with cold crisp lettuce! This is perfect! It will keep , refrigerated of course for up to 2 weeks!

Very nice dressing. I halved the recipe and it worked just fine. Made for Facebook ABC Tag.

This recipe was spot on! I made a serving of this recipe for my chef salad lunch. It was delish! I changed it up...I used honey instead of sugar, cayenne pepper instead of tabasco sauce, and olive oil instead of vegetable oil. My, my, my. The other ingredients I added more or less by how the original recipe incorporated--meaning, if the recipe called for a tsp of something, I would do a sprinkle. Awesome!

Great dressing and different from anything else I've ever made! And, I've made lots of salad dressings. I cut the recipe in half and served it over chef salads. I think it would be awesome over taco salads, too! Thanks for sharing!
