  1. Pour juice into large stockpot and turn on medium.
  2. brown and drain ground beef.
  3. empty beef into pot.
  4. in the same skillet, add oil, onions, peppers, garlic, oregano and garlic - add garlic last to prevent becoming bitter.
  5. saute until onions are nearly cooked through - add to pot, and simmer for 2 hours (or more) serve over your favorite pasta.
