If you like curry, you will surely like this dressing! I prefer to use extra vigin olive oil but the choice is up to you.
- 2⁄3 cup olive oil or 2⁄3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt (I use less.)
- 1⁄8 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄4 cup fresh lemon juice (not reconstituted)
- 1 pinch curry powder (amount will depend on how much you you like curry.)
- Mix all ingredients in a dressing bottle or jar.
- Chill several hours to blend flavors.
- Serve with tossed greens.
