Good soup and easy to make. I used ground round, corn blend frozen vegetables with whole kernel corn, baby corn, broccoli, and carrots, 4 cups of beef broth, 1 cup of water and simmered for one hour. The broth was a bit sweeter than what I am used to but still very tasty! Made and reviewed for Chef Dee's Cookathon.

This soup is wonderful and tasty.Yummy !! So fast to put together too. The only thing different I did was add chicken broth and not beef broth only because I had a open container in my fridge from last week and wanted to use it. As well I had put in a few tiny stars pasta just to finish up what I had opened from before. But the flavour is fantastic. I forgot to take a pic but kept enough out for lunch on Tuesday so I will take then and post. Thanks so much Chef Dee , you have quite alot of exciting recipes posted.

We really enjoyed this soup! I fellowed the recipe but I also added a few ingredients that I needed to use up that was in my pantry too. (little white rice, ABC alphabet pasta shapes,A1 steak sauce, and a few beef bouillon cubes)I only had a little bit of hash browns so I diced up some red potatoes too. I added some black pepper and some red pepper flakes to kick it up a notch! :) I served this with some Texas Garlic Bread. Thanks for sharing this delicious soup for a cold winters day!!
