I saw this made on our local tv station by Chef Andrew who suggested using fruits in season while we have them. My 7 year old and I have been making this all summer and it disappears within a day of making it. It is pretty tart so those with a sweet tooth may want to add a little sugar. For those who use frozen fruits, add a little more cornstarch.
