This is the easiest most wonderful way to kick your Turkey Burger up a notch. I used Italian Breadcrumbs and mozarella cheese because my pantry and refrigerator made me :) It turned out delicious!

I love this burger! I added fresh minced onions and garlic and didn't put celery seed. I used mozzarella cheese and the burgers were delish and very easy!

I was afraid of using ground turkey as I've only ever had it as a beef substitute and I've never liked it. I decided to try it as I am trying to add variety and the turkey was on sale. I grilled it on the George Foreman grill and it was great. I think my family has been won over. I used mozzerella cheese and served it with a bit more cheese on top and some marinara sauce. Its a keeper, thank you.

Very tasty burgers! Loved the cheese in them!! I used low-fat mozzarella. Can't wait to try them on the BBQ! Thanks PdxBarb!

Super good burgers! We had them for dinner last night and DH has already asked to have them again. I used mozzarrella but followed the recipe otherwise. Thanks for posting your recipe.

Very tasty- I served mine with swiss cheese, an heirloom tomato, and some sauteed onions. This recipe is pretty versatile, I can see using different types of herbs including rosemary to bring out the flavors some more. Add some minced onions and carrot to the meat mixture, and you can very well turn it into a katleti too!

Hubby and I loved these. Very tasty. The only thing different I did was add more cheese. I went ahead and cleaned out the cheese from my fridge...cheddar, parmesan, and colby jack. I think I ended up half a cup. I served these on ciabatta buns toasted with olive oil, garlic powder, and oregano. I'll make these again, but I think I may add parsley next time.

These are great turkey burgers! I use Panko crumbs and cook on the grill. I think the celery seed adds a lot of flavor.

Thank you for putting in this recipe. The combination of the turkey, spices, and cheese work so well together, and oh so tasty too. I tried to follow the recipe exactly as is but made just a few small alterations. As I was using extra lean ground turkey I added about 1 Tbsp canola oil so they wouldn't be dry. I ending up making four burgers instead of six and that was a good size without being too big. Incredible how much they plump up when they are cooking. Also I ended up baking them at 375 for 20 minutes and then turned them over and cooked them for another 20 minutes. They came out perfect. Next time I make these, I think I might try putting a fruity salsa on top, although it deffinately doesn't need anything extra.

I halved the recipe & made two burgers out of the mixture. I kept the cheese at 1/4 cup & the breadcrumbs at nearly 1/4 cup. I also did not put in Worcestershire or celery seed. I think I packed these a little too thick bc I was worried about making them too flat. So I had to cook them pretty long to get them up to the right temperature. They looked a bit burnt but did not taste burnt. My picky DH thought they were good & gave me a thumbs up. (this is a good thing!) And just as a final note, these don't actually taste very cheesy since the cheese is mixed in.

We really enjoyed these! The fiance said they were hard to keep together while grilling, but overall we thought they were great.

These are fantastic! Made them for dinner tonight and they were loved by all. I didn't have any onion powdered, so I used so left over fried onions I had. Definitely will be making these again! Thanks for the recipe!

I've never had a turkey burger before, and just recently made turkey meatballs. These were pretty darn good. I had the "normal" package of turkey sold here, which is a little over a LB. And I didn't have celery seed. But they turned out really good. Next time I'll have to make them a LOT flatter as they were way too thick. I didn't expect them to plump up that much.

Super yummy. My husband couldn't get over how good these were and said that he would take these over ground beef any day. My man loves his red meat so that's a huge compliment to this recipe. Thanks so much for sharing - we will make these many times again!

Regrettably, the recipe came out to an odd number and my kids fought over the last one! I had to use barbecue sauce, out of Worchestershire sauce. This is the best turkey recipe I ever had outside of thanksgiving (or Ren. Faire!)

For a turkey burger, this was very good and very flavorful. Like the recipe says, the amount of bread crumbs is a judgement call. I was pleasantly surprised wth how meaty this burger tasted. I ended up topping the burger with a slice of cheddar, a tomato, and red onion. My wife loved these. Will make again. Thanks for a great posting.

I tried it and these are delicious. I used the George Foreman grill and just watched it carefully turning them regularly. I found a shredded cheddar cheese blend that had bacon bits in it. Divine!! Thanks for posting!
