Real fast food! Great for a fast meal when you've finished work.
- 200 g pasta, eg. penne
- 295 g tomato soup
- 50 ml milk
- 150 g cream cheese with garlic and herbs, such as Philadelphia
- Cook pasta as pack instructs. Drain well and return to pan.
- Add in soup, milk and cream cheese, heating gently, stirring until hot.
- Serve with salad and crusty bread.
This was very good and super easy! I added a bit more minced garlic. I would add a bit of sugar or something next time to counteract the slightly acidic "canned soup" taste in the background though.
