Real fast food! Great for a fast meal when you've finished work.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 200 g pasta, eg. penne
  • 295 g tomato soup
  • 50 ml milk
  • 150 g cream cheese with garlic and herbs, such as Philadelphia

Directions

  1. Cook pasta as pack instructs. Drain well and return to pan.
  2. Add in soup, milk and cream cheese, heating gently, stirring until hot.
  3. Serve with salad and crusty bread.

This was very good and super easy! I added a bit more minced garlic. I would add a bit of sugar or something next time to counteract the slightly acidic "canned soup" taste in the background though.
