These were great - and so simple! I made it on toasted oatmeal bread because that is what I had. I will definitely make again on the baguette because it's tomato season and the flavors are fantastic! This was a bit like French bread pizza and was delicious. I used Rustic French Bread and Nick Stellino's No-Cook Pizza Sauce, and I lazily misted the bread slices with olive oil, rather than buttering them.
