I loved this dish and so did my friend, who I was sharing it with. I used regular scallops instead of the bay and just quartered them (I like the taste much better than the bay), and I used medium size shrimp. I made it with just the broccoli, because it's what I had on hand. I used a combination of Fontina, Asiago and Parmesan cheese instead of the Cheddar, and it was delicious, creamy and tasty! I made it exactly as posted. I really questioned using all cheddar cheese, but wanted to follow the original recipe. My son liked this, but asked for no vegetables to be included. I added vegetables to mine, but just didn't enjoy this with the cheddar cheese. I guess I am a more scampi sauce person when it comes to seafood. But since my son ate it, I gave it 4 stars!Made for Football Tag 2008!

This was really good. I used all shrimp and only broccoli cause that's what I had on hand. Even the little one liked it which is always a plus.

Very good and easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly as written. The whole family enjoyed it. I did add the optional salt and pepper.

It's hard to believe that nobody tried this recipe. Cause it's so good. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Not too hard to do. I used no-salt seasoning. I used a small onion and didn't measure. I knew it would be good just by smelling the sauce while cooking. Thanks Shelby Jo. Made for Please Review My Recipe
