  1. Whisk together eggs and milk.
  2. Heat skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add egg mixture.
  4. When eggs start to set, push around continually with spatula.
  5. When eggs are half set, but still runny, add onion and cheese (and jalapeno if desired).
  6. Continue stirring around till eggs are set to desired doneness and cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with Salt and pepper to taste.

Loved the flavour of sharp cheddar and the spring onions though in my sleepy state I made it as an omelette instead of a scramble but delicious still the same, thank you HappyFlour66, made for Name that Ingredient tag game.

I agree Darcy! This is a great recipe for adults, a wonderful cheesy concoction with the added bonus of spring onions, Mmmmm!! I used real Cheddar cheese, as in NOT sliced, but from a block of mature Cheddar. I also omitted the jalapeno as I thought the flavours were great already......I served this wonderful egg recipe on toasted wholemeal bread for a great start to the day!
