      Fantastic! Simple but there's nothing wrong with that. I made white rice tonight and it was so plain and I thought of this recipe. I used Sargento's Mexican 4 Cheese Cheese - it was amazing. We ran out of salsa so I did not put it on. I made it with salmon; it is as if salmon and cheesy rice were meant for each other. Thanks for posting.

      This was great. Cheesy, fluffy and best of all you can control how much heat it is by the salsa. What an awesome side dish that will go with any Mexican meal. Thank you.
