This is an easy, tasty way to use up leftover ham.
- 2 cups cooked ham, cut into strips
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup water
- 1 1⁄2 cups Minute Rice, uncooked
- 1⁄2 lb Velveeta reduced fat cheese product, cut into small cubes
- Bring ham, broccoli, and water to a boil.
- Cover and cook on low 3 minutes.
- Stir in rice and cheese; cover.
- Remove from heat and let stand 7 minutes.
- Stir til cheese is melted.
