Quick and easy casserole for when you dont have a lot of time.
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas, cooked and drained
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms
- 1⁄2 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 2 1⁄4 cups cooked rice
- Combine all ingredients in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Very good. Because I like to use shredded cheddar cheese instead of velveeta, I added a can of cream of mushroom soup to my casserole. I really like how easy and quick it is to put together and the idea that I possibly could add other things to it. Kudos! Awesome!
