Great for leftover rice
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 teaspoons minced onions
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1⁄3 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1⁄4 cup grated American cheese
- Combine all ingredients except the cheese. Mix well.
- Pour into a greased 1 quart casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
