Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (283 g) canrefrigerated prepared pizza crust
  • 14 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 slices deli turkey, shaved
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut dough roll in half crosswise.
  3. Unroll one dough half onto large baking sheet which has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Spread pizza sauce down centre of dough leaving 1/2 inch around the edges.
  5. Top sauce with mozarella cheese.
  6. Top half with turkey slices, leaving the other half as cheese only.
  7. Unfold remaining dough half over filling.
  8. Crimp edges with fork.
  9. Cut rectangle in half crosswise.
  10. Cut each rectangle on diagonal into two pieces, but do NOT separate.
  11. Brush dough lightly with water, using pastry brush.
  12. Sprinkle evenly with parmesan cheese.
  13. Bake 15-19 mins til golden brown.
  14. Remove from oven and allow to cool on rack for 5 minutes.
