  1. In a large saucepan, combine the soup, cheese and butter.
  2. Cook and stir over medium heat until cheese is melted.
  3. Stir in the ham, onion and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Pour into a greased 2 quart baking dish.
  5. Top with mashed potatoes.
  6. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.
