- 473.18 ml tomato-basil pasta sauce
- 0 pitted kalamata olive, chopped
- 14.79 ml balsamic vinegar
- 1.23 ml fresh ground black pepper
- 198.44 g bottle roasted red peppers, drained and sliced
- 453.59 g package polenta, cut in 12 slices
- 177.44 ml mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 29.58 ml fresh parmesan cheese, grated
directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer 10 minutes.
- Spread sauce in bottom of a greased 13 x 9 baking dish.
- Arrange the polenta slices over the sauce.
- Spread remaining sauce over.
- Sprinkle with cheeses.
- Bake 20 minutes.
