  1. Beat first 5 ingredients together until smooth; pour into unbaked pie shell and top with 1 1/4 cup whole pecans.
  2. In another bowl, prepare the topping ingredients; add the eggs and beat; add sugar, corn syrup and vanilla; mix all ingredients well and slowly pour over pecan and cheese filling.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minute until done.
