  1. In large bowl, combine 3 cups of the granola, honey and 1/2 cup of the reserved peach juice.
  2. Press mixture into a 9-inch glass pie pan to form a crust.
  3. Dice 1 cup of the peaches.
  4. With electric beater, beat cheese until softened.
  5. Fold in diced peaches.
  6. Spread mixture over crust; chill.
  7. Prior to serving, top with peach slices and remaining granola.
