- 200 g creme fraiche
- 1 teaspoon clear honey
- 50 g soft blue cheese
- 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
directions
- Mix together all ingredients and season if desired.
- Chill until needed.
