  1. Place the mushrooms on a roasting sheet and scatter with garlic and thyme. Drizzle with the oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Grill for 5 minutes, top with grated cheese and grill for 1 minute, until melted. Serve with a green salad.
