  • 1 large store made Italian bread
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans sliced jalapenos, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mexican cheese

  • Mix the peppers into the butter. Mix the cheese into the mayo. Cut the bread in half lengthwise. Spread butter/jalapeno mixture on both halves of bread, and then spread the mayo/cheese mixture on both halves of the bread. Bake at 350 until brown and bubbling about 20 minutes.
