  • Preheat oven to 350°F Lightly grease/spray a 13 x 9 casserole dish; set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix together everything except the crushed crackers. Make sure everything is mixed well. Add more mayo or milk, if needed.
  • Pour into the prepared casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle with the crushed crackers.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.

  1. This is fantastic. I've been looking for a recipe like this for a year. I usually play with the recipes a bit (adding my own ingreds.) but I stuck totally to the recipe on this one, I don't think there is anything that could have been done different to make it better. Thank you for sharing this top secret recipe!!
     
  2. It was okay. The hubs guessed the flavor before I told him what it was. As I was preparing it, I thought it was an odd combo of ingredients, but you never know whats going to meld together and come out fantastic. I chose to make this because I had all the ingredients on hand, and was looking for a recipe for my already cooked chicken. I found the recipe via Supercook.com. I also felt like something was missing, like it needed a starch, i.e. rice or pasta, or maybe just some bread to scoop it up with, but now that its said and done, I don't think ill be making this one again.
