ingredients

1 can yellow hominy or 1 can white hominy
¹⁄₄ cup chopped red pepper
¹⁄₄ cup green pepper (can use all green)
¹⁄₂ cup Velveeta cheese, off 2 lb loaf,chopped

directions

drain can of hominy.
add all ingredients.
cook over med heat until cheese is melted and peppers or tender.
season with salt and pepper to taste.
