- 1 can yellow hominy or 1 can white hominy
- 1⁄4 cup chopped red pepper
- 1⁄4 cup green pepper (can use all green)
- 1⁄2 cup Velveeta cheese, off 2 lb loaf,chopped
- drain can of hominy.
- add all ingredients.
- cook over med heat until cheese is melted and peppers or tender.
- season with salt and pepper to taste.
