OMG! Just loved it! I reduced it, to make a small amuse-bouche for DH and myself. Outstanding flavor and texture, and just WOW with the presentation! I know that I'm fixing these for my friends the next time we get together. So glad I found this - really enjoyed this rendition of fruit and cheese, two of my faves! Great combo, all individual flavors we love. The name might leave something to be desired, but the dish does not. I used 4 slices of crisped prosciutto, maybe about a fourth of the cheese (just sprinkled it on) and omitted the honey (personal preference) The two of us ate this as an appetizer, but I am sure you could stretch it to 4 people. I bet this would be even better on slices of green apple, which would give it crisp, tart and less sweet (it would also be sturdier picking it up). You can't go wrong with this yummy appetizer!
