Haven't tried this yet but thought they looked good. From Somerfield magazine
- 85 g butter
- 115 g grated cheddar cheese
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 150 ml plain yogurt
- black pepper
- 225 g rolled oats
- Preheat the oven to 350F, 180C, gas mark 4. Lightly oil an 18cm (7in)square cake tin.
- Melt 85g (3oz) butter in a large pan. Remove from the heat and stir in 115g (4oz) grated cheddar cheese, 1 large egg, beaten, 150ml (1/4pt) natural yogurt, black pepper and 225g (8oz) rolled oats until well blended.
- Spoon into the prepared tin and level the surface. Bake for 30 minutes until golden. Remove from the heat and allow to cool in tin. Cut into 9 squares.
