Cheesy Fillets

Our favorite is flounder for this recipe, but any fillet will do. And goldfish crackers add a little bit of fun into the mix as well!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 lbs fish fillets
  • 12 cup French dressing
  • 1 12 cups crushed cheese crackers
  • 2 tablespoons margarine (melted)

Directions

  1. Cut fish into serving portions.
  2. Dip into dressing and roll in cracker crumbs.
  3. Place on greased cookie sheet and drizzle margarine over fish.
  4. Bake at 500 degrees for 12 minutes.
