This is one of those "throw and go" recipes. Just 4 simple ingredients go into the crockpot (plus seasonings) and at the end of the cooking time, delicious smells and tastes await you.
- Place chicken breasts or thighs in a 3-1/2 quart crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on LOW heat. The breasts will take about 3-4 hours and the thighs 5-6 hours.
- Serve over rice with a green vegetable.
