This recipe came from a former co-worker. It is always a family favorite.
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of onion soup
- 1 pint half-and-half
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 (20 ounce) package frozen broccoli florets
- Melt all ingredients (except broccoli) over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Add broccoli.
- Heat through.
