These were very good. DH was very surprised when i told him i made them with cheetos. I also used cheese its but would leave them out next time, because they made them taste a bit too much like flour. Thanks for the recipe!!
I love those Betty Crocker booklets because you can find gems like this recipe. This was even tasty and moist. I used regular shredded cheese. It is better served right away, since my leftover chicken's crust got soggy in the micro. Thanks Laurie for posting.

Very kid-friendly! The breading is not too heavy but not to worry, the cheese crackers add a LOT of flavor. I used a combination of cheese nips, cheetos and a couple of butter crackers thrown in to make 1 cup crumbs. This is a great recipe to clean out the pantry...goldfish and doritos would be great as well. Thanks, Laurie, for sharing your recipe!
These were fantastic. I didn't have any cheddar cheese, so I used swiss, and they were amazing. My son Ashton had seconds, and my 14 month old son Wrylie ate his dad's! Thanks for a great, easy, fast, weeknight kid friendly meal.
