This was pretty good. My kids loved it and lets face it when you can get your kids to eat broccoli willingly then you know the recipe is a winner. I did end up mixing everything together just to make it easier for my kids to eat. Flavors were kind of bland but nothing a little more seasoning won't fix. Overall we liked it pretty good and I will make it again with a few little tweeks.

My kids ate this well. I told them it was like macaroni and cheese made with rice. I used precooked chicken and started with some sauted onions and garlic. I used cauliflower instead of broccoli.

Excellent dish. I recommend chopping the chicken and adding a little milk to thin the sauce. Excellent creamy flavor.

My DH really enjoyed this and broccoli is not one of his favorite vegetables! I used thin sliced chicken breast and the soup mixture was very thick so I added one can of milk. We had a very nice and creamy sauce to spoon over the chicken. Next time I will add more broccoli as it cooked down a lot. Served this with Scalloped Potatoes and Orange-Glazed Shredded Carrots (Reduced or Low-Fat) for a wonderful supper tonight!

We liked this a lot! I have 2 young boys & they gobbled this up. This was quick & easy to make, which is always a plus for me. A couple minor changes I made - I cut the chicken into bite size pieces & then sauted it in the oil. I also added the rice to the chicken/broccoli/cheese mixture instead of serving it over the rice. I will definately be making this again!

I made this for my family (3 little kids) and everyone loved it. I made a lower fat version of it with ff soup and low fat velveeta and i used more than just frozen broccoli i used a california mix. Everyone loved and there was no leftovers!
