Cheesy Chicken Crescent Sandwiches

ingredients

• 236.59 ml cooked chicken, cubed
• 1.23 ml instant minced onion
• 0.61 ml pepper
• 177.44 ml low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
• 29.58 ml pimiento, chopped
• 78.78 ml low-fat sour cream
• 226.79 g refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
• 1 egg, slightly beaten

directions

1. Heat oven to 375°F
2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except crescent rolls and egg; mix well.
3. Separate crescent rolls into 4 rectangles, firmly press perforations to seal,
4. Spoon 1/2 cup chicken mixture onto one end of each rectangle.
5. Fold dough in half over mixture; press edges to seal.
6. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, brush with egg.
7. Bake at 375°F for 13 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Refrigerate any leftovers.
