  1. Combine cauliflower, onion, garlic, and broth in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 5-6 hrs, or until the cauliflower is super tender.
  2. Mash or puree, veggie/broth mix.
  3. Add cream cheese, melt, stir, and enjoy!
