      I have made this soup a few different times now, and it is definitely a favorite. I use fresh broccoli, and sometimes I add heavy cream to make it even thicker. I take my time adding in the chicken broth and warming the milk, just to make it all as thick as possible. Delicious!

      This was a great and easy recipe ! I had all the ingredients in my Pantry so I was happy I found such a Hearty Soup. I've always wanted to know how to make a Cheesy Broccoli Potato Soup and now I can make it myself on those rainy days like today. I did double the ingredients for the broccoli and potato's but other than that I kept every thing else the same and it was still Great !

      Brett Favre makes a great soup! ;) The texture isn't too thick or too thin; just right. The worcestershire adds a nice flavor. I used 1% milk. I used my immersion blender just for a second or two to partially blend the soup. I'll make this again. Thanx for posting!
