Delicious! I made these just as is and they were a big hit. The only thing I would change next time is I would cut down on how much dry steak seasoning I use (I used Montreal Steak Seasoning). I had to make another half batch of the corn flake dry mixture in order to be able to coat all of the steak pieces. We ended up trying some of them with a ranch dressing dip, and that was fantastic as well. Thanks for the terrific recipe! Dianne
