Cheesy Beef and Bow Ties

A Pillsbury recipe.We havent tried this yet but it looks like something we would eat.

  1. Cook and drain pasta as directed.
  2. Brown ground beef until thoroughly cooked,drain.
  3. Reserve 2 tablespoons of onions for garnish; stir remaining onions,soup, and salsa into beef.
  4. Bring to a boil; than reduce heat and cook for 5 minute.
  5. Stir in cooked pasta;cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and cook till melted.
  7. Sprinkle with reserved onions.
  8. Enjoy!

This was okay. It didn't have a lot of flavor and was kind of dry. It's a lot like hamburger helper, but with a little more work involved. May make this again, but no time soon!

This was definitely an easy recipe, but I thought it could of used a little more flavor. I ended up putting in extra salsa but it still needed some punch. If anyone has any ideas, let me know! God Bless! :)

Not only is this delicious and easy, but it's quite pretty, too! I used mild salsa and added a little cumin. It's quite a kid-pleaser. Thanx for posting this recipe; I will use it again.
