Wonderful. I used garlic powder instead of garlic, everyone enjoyed these.

These were good, but need more garlic i think. Maybe I will fry them next time too. Healthy!

This was a real adventure in healthy eating. I followed the recipe exactly and it did make 5 patties. My DH didn't like the texture of the zucchini in the patties. He thought maybe it didn't bake long enough. I thought it was OK. Definitely serve these hot. They lose something served lukewarm. So have everything else timed to go on the table. We liked the balsamic vinegar/honey sauce. The patties are better with it. I assumed that the sweet potato was raw and peeled before grating. You might want to update the recipe with that notation. I'd make this one again. I served it with Osman's Weiner Schnitzel and watermelon for dessert.

I THOROUGHLY enjoyed these. We are definitely Vegetable patty/cake people, and this is definitely one I will make again. The sauce was very tasty as well; nothing like anything Ive had before. This is easy, creative, and easy to follow. Thank you very much for the recipe. I think I will make these again, maybe next time making them more fattening by trying to fry them LOL :D Thanks again!
