Cheesy Bacon Meatloaf

"I saw this recipe on the box for Oscar Mayer Ready Bacon, and it's been the only meatloaf recipe I've made since! Easy to make, and with cheese and bacon added, what's not to love?!"

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Mix all ingredients except bacon (I normally mix the meat with the cheese and bread crumbs first, then I add the egg, milk and seasonings).
  • Shape into loaf in 9x5-inch loaf pan; top with bacon.
  • Bake 45 minute or until done (160ºF). Let stand 5 minute before removing from pan and slicing to serve.
