Cheesy Au Gratin Potatoes!

These potatoes go great with just about any meat dish! Yummy!

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Boil potatoes for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Saute onions with salt, pepper, basil and thyme.
  3. Add flour to form a rue.
  4. Add milk, stir and cook until thick.
  5. Add cheese and continue stirring until melted.
  6. Pour over potatoes.
  7. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle top with the crumbled bacon!
